Standard Delivery Times

We strive to deliver your order within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed before 9 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day, with next-day delivery expected within the Netherlands. Orders received on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that shipments may take longer during sale periods and gifting seasons.

If your order contains both in-stock items and items with longer delivery times, we will ship everything together once your order is complete.

For Europe and other international destinations, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• European Union: 2–3 business days
• Rest of Europe: 4–6 business days
• Rest of the world: 8–12 business days

If you require urgent shipping, please email us to arrange express delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium on all orders over €75. For orders below €75, a flat rate of €5.50 applies. We provide free courier shipping for all furniture orders within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs to countries within the EU, the rest of Europe, and worldwide depend on the parcel’s size and destination, and are calculated at checkout. You can view these costs before proceeding to payment.

Please note: If you live outside the EU, local import duties and customs charges may apply upon delivery. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility, and we cannot control or predict the amounts, as they vary by country.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the United States due to recent changes in import tariffs for EU-made goods.
