How long will it take until I receive my order?

We do our utmost best to deliver your order within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment. All orders placed before 9PM (Monday till Friday) are processed the same day, aiming for next day delivery within the Netherlands.

Orders received on weekends or National Holidays are processed the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight shipping outside of the Netherlands at this time.  

Please note, during sales or gifting season shipments may take longer than usual.

How do pre-orders work?

Items we offer on pre-order are made on the demand. Once you place an order for one of these items, the maker/manufacturer will produce this item for you. Depending on the item, you will receive your order within 2-3 weeks.

Can you wrap my order as a gift?

Of course! We love gifting. When viewing your cart, you can choose the option ‘Gift wrap this order’. You can also add a personal message which we will print on a custom Archive Store postcard.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Within the Netherlands we charge a flat rate of €4,95 for your little gatherings and free shipping on orders above €75,- For sending furniture the delivery costs are subject to the final size of the parcel and can greatly vary from one country to country. These shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will be able to view them before entering the payment page but can also use our shipping costs calculator in shopping cart. Please note, if you reside outside of the EU you may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay easily and safely with:

How long is a Gift Card valid?

There is no end date by which a gift card needs to be redeemed. The gift cards are valid on all our products.

How do I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gathered item(s), you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 30 days from the time of delivery.

How to return your items: 
- Mark the items you are returning on the packing slip and add this to the package.
- Hand the package over to your postal service by choice and send it to:

Please note: the shipping cost for your returns are for your own expensive.

All items need to be returned in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.

We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting. Lost packages will not be refunded. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached.

Exceptions

Gift vouchers, personalized items, pacifiers and skin care cannot be returned or exchanged.

If Archive Store sent the wrong item or the item appears to be defect upon arrival, notify Archive Store within 14 days from receiving the item(s). We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible, if stock is available.

When will I be refunded?

We aim to process returns the same day as receiving the returned item. After soon as we have processed your return, the refunded amount will be settled within 3 to 10 days depending on the payment method used.
