Yes, we do. Please select ‘Pick up in store’ in your checkout. Same day pickup, at our store at Frederiksplein 16-18.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
For the Netherlands, all orders will be shipped by our nominated postal service PostNL. We do our utmost best to deliver your order within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment. All orders placed before 3 p.m. (Monday till Friday) will leave the same day and we aim for next day delivery within the Netherlands. Orders received on weekends
or National Holidays will begin processing the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight shipping at this time.
Can you wrap my order as a gift?
Of course! We love gifting. In your check out, you can choose the option ‘wrap as a gift’.
Shipping & Delivery
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Within the Netherlands €4,50 and Free shipping on orders above €75,-. These shipping costs are only for your little gatherings. For sending furniture the delivery costs are subject to the final size of the parcel and can greatly vary from one country to country. You may be charged for local import duties and
customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
When can I expect my order?
If you place your order before 3PM, you will likely receive your order within 1-2 working days. If your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code by e-mail.
I live abroad and would like to know your shipping policy for my (big) furniture order?

Can I use my gift card online?
With your personal gift card code you can purchase your items in the webshop or in our store. The gift cards are valid on all our products.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
You can return your online order by post as well.
- Please note, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on your own expense.
- Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.
- We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting. Lost packages will not be refunded.
- Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached.
- Once your return has been well received, you will receive a creditnote email with your refund details.
Generally we process refunds the same day as receiving the returned item, however, depending on your bank or credit card company this may take up to 48 hrs to reach you.

If Archive Store sent the wrong item or the item appears to be defect upon arrival, notify Archive Store within 14 days from receiving the item(s). We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible, if stock is available.
Can I return in store?
Yes, you can return your online order in our physical store located at Frederiksplein 16-18, 1017 XM Amsterdam. Please note the refund will not take place in-store, but online through the original payment method.
When will I be refunded?
After we have received your order back, you will receive your refund within 3 working-days.
