If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gathered item(s), you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 30 days from the time of delivery.
When you want to return or exchange your item(s) to Archive Store, please make sure your returns are accompanied by a note with the order number, reason of return and wish for exchange or refund. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund. All items need to be returned in its original packaging and with the original hangtags.
Exchanging an item for a different style is not possible. In that case, the order will be refunded, any new items can be bought in the (online) store.

Return in Store
Please feel free to return your online order in our physical store located at Frederiksplein 16-18, 1017 XM Amsterdam. Please note the refund will not take place in-store, but online through the original payment method. Within 10 days the refund amount is on your bank account.
Return by Post
You can return your online order by post as well.
- Please note, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on your own expense.
- Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.
- We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting. Lost packages will not be refunded.
- Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached.
- Once your return has been well received, you will receive a creditnote email with your refund details.
Generally we process returns the same day as receiving the returned item. After this, within 10 days the refund will be on your bank account.

If Archive Store sent the wrong item or the item appears to be defect upon arrival, notify Archive Store within 14 days from receiving the item(s). We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible, if stock is available.
Gift vouchers, personalized items, pacifiers and skin care cannot be returned or exchanged.
