A playful nod to classic kitchen tiles, reimagined for the nursery. This checkerboard rug in warm toffee and soft cream brings subtle contrast and character to a baby or kids room, while remaining calm and timeless.

The visible tile joints reveal the natural canvas base, created by blending our RugCycled® base with undyed cotton yarn. Made from high-quality natural cotton, this rug is soft under little feet, lightweight and easy to wash — designed for everyday family life.

Please note: Cotton rugs may shed fibers when new. Lay flat for 2–3 days after unpacking and gently brush or vacuum to restore the pile.

Instructions

- Wash separately at 30º maximum
- Do no use bleach of fabric softeners
- Use a gentle cycle if your rug has braids or fringes
- We recommend using dryer balls to ensure a longer lifespan
- Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not leave it in the washer
- Avoid continuous exposure to sun
- If you find a long thread cut it with scissors. Never pull it.
- Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner regularly to clean and counteract shedding.
- Clean spots & absorbs liquids
- Avoid using cleaning robots or vacuums with beater bars to prevent damaging the pile.
